Managing Director
Director - Strategy & Finance
Shrey leads the Strategy & Finance function at Evergreen; translates board strategy into the business plan; directs and oversees execution of the plan and leads on origination, commercial negotiation and investment decision making for development opportunities. Through Negotiation and structuring of project investments including arranging for debt and equity, works closely with technical teams in ensuring implementation of development opportunities and leads on all the financial and modelling aspects of investment decision making including maintaining relationships with banks, financial advisors and investor teams.
Shrey holds an MBA degree from IIM Indore.
Vice President - SCM, E & C
Amit leads the Project Engineering and Constructions & SCM team. He is responsible for establishing processes and systems required for the construction sites, along with delivering projects end-to-end ensuring safety, quality, time and in budgeted cost. He’s carrying experience for managing large windfarm sites with complete civil and electrical infrastructure’s (BoP) constructions and commissioning in Project Management way.
He has wide exposure in BoP vendor identification, evaluation, and on-boarding, including installation cranes, to meet the project technical and commercials in an effectively manner.
Amit Ranjan is an Electrical Engineer by profession. Also, he’s a member of PMI since 2012 and IEI since 2021.
Director- Business Development and Regulatory Affairs
AGM - Projects
Kunal is a part of the Project team at EverGreen. He is responsible for overall techno commercials of BOP and Project Management at pan India Evergreen’s business.
He brings the expertise of more than 11 years in managing and executing RE Projects of 1.5+ GW wind and 200+ MW solar, pan India.
He is a certified PMP professional from PMI, USA., and holds Masters degree in Power Management from UPES Dehradun and Project Management from MIT Pune.
Manager - ESG
Vishnuprasad leads the ESG department. He is responsible for overall leadership and direction of ESG to establish long term value for our organization, stakeholders, and the society in which we operate. Vishnuprasad asserts and drives-in leading ESG practices to manage risk and leverage prospects all over development, construction, and operation of projects. Manages internal and external reporting, creates policies, guidelines related to sustainability programs affecting the environment, health, and safety of the organization.
Vishnuprasad brings over 13 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment from multiple industries, India & Saudi Arabia. Vishnuprasad holds NEBOSH International certification from the UK and Advanced diploma in Industrial Safety.”
Assistant Manager - Legal & Corporate Affairs
Aditya leads the legal and corporate affairs team. He is responsible for handling legal and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions & litigations. Aditya has been involved and brings his experience to the company in advising on all aspects of commercial transactions – deal structuring from an Indian legal and regulatory perspective, diligence, documentation and closing of the deals. During the stint of his work experience, Aditya has also been involved in drafting and negotiation of routine business agreements and has advised them on evolving legal framework surrounding their business activities.
Aditya holds a BBA-LLB (Hons) degree from NMIMS.
Assistant Manager - PMD
Shivali leads the People Management Division at EverGreen. She is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, human resource compliances, training & development, talent management, employee relations and grievance management. In integration with the top management, she ensures that every employee grows in his/her role and derive an exponential career growth.
Shivali holds an MBA degree in Human Resource and Operations and a diploma in Labour Laws.
GM- Development & Analytics
Ashok is a part of GM- Development & Analytics development team at Evergreen. He is responsible for Feasibility Studies for new Wind & Solar Projects, Determination of wind potential and estimation of annual production, Assessing site suitability of wind Turbine and technical due diligence wind energy projects, identification of sites for masts for new projects, Wind farm Design and Siting analysis.

Account Manager
Assistant Manager - Strategy & Finance
Arihant works as part of the Strategy & Finance transactions teams at Evergreen. Responsible for managing the capital raise process through structuring, negotiation and documentation of all project investments, he engages and maintains relationships with debt and equity partners to facilitate the capital flow; Liaise and coordinate with external advisors including legal, technical, financial and tax consultants to structure & execute deals.
While working closely on all the financial and modelling related aspects of investment decision making, he assists in project feasibility assessment & cost optimization and aid in bidding & strategy.
Arihant holds an MBA degree from IIM Shillong.
Senior Associate - Strategy & Finance
Rohan is a part of Strategy & Finance transactions team at Evergreen. He is responsible for the financial aspects of the business including capital budgeting, modelling and analysis of the projects, statutory reporting, financial controls, and taxation. He translates the business plan into budgets, maintains the standards of financial management by recommending strategies for improvement of the financial performance.
Actively involved in financial modelling and capital raising process, he aids in the structuring of M&A deals along with engaging in investor and lender discussions, presentations and coordinating in the Q&A and Due Diligence process.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
GM- Projects
Sivakumar is a part of the GM- Projects team.
He manages the overall Project construction site, end to end, which includes Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Infrastructures. Monitors site construction for the entire windfarm BOP towards efficient deliveries keeping safety, quality, time, and budget in mind. Adherence to HSE & Quality standards at the construction site with documentation. Trains & equips the project team to abide by the standard safety practices & quality policies. Ensures “ZERO” near-miss, major/minor accidents, and fatal at the site.
Sivakumar is an Electrical Engineering Graduate with over 15 years of experience and consistently working on wind energy projects. Involved in more than 1GW wind projects
Senior Associate – Business development & Regulatory Affairs
Tejas Shinde works as a part of Business Development and Regulatory affairs team. He leads the Tendering & Bidding process by managing the documentation, bid submission and reverse auction process and assists in introduction of the new business conception and development. Along with this he also manages the regulatory part by reviewing the central and state Renewable Energy policies and co-ordinating with central and state nodal agencies.
Tejas holds an MBA degree in Infrastructure Development & Management from Symbiosis International University.
